Frequently asked questions
Students are placed 2-4 per room or per family and could be sleeping on bunk beds.
We can provide half board (breakfast and dinner) or full board (breakfast, packed lunch and dinner).
Yes, our families will pick up their students from the meeting point every evening and take them home, and drop them off again every morning. In a few centres, the students walk to their nearest pick up point but you will be notified of this in advance.
Please let your local organiser know straight away what the issue is so the problem can be looked into and resolved.
It depends on the centre you are staying. Most of our centres are either within walking distance of the town or have direct transport links. For bigger cities, you can expect a commute of 30-40 minutes by coach or train.
