Airport transfers
Let us take away the stress of arranging transport from the airport. We can hire anything from mini-buses to large double decker coaches to take you to and from the airport. Airports are busy places and finding your way around can be confusing so at an extra cost we can arrange for someone to meet your group at the arrivals hall of the airport and accompany you all to your place of accommodation.

Coaches
We can arrange a coach for any half day or full day excursion, from a morning panoramic tour of London to a full day excursion to Oxford and Stratford-upon-Avon. You can also hire a coach and driver for a tour around the UK. We have friendly and reliable drivers and the coaches we use are maintained to a very high standard, fitted with seat belts and inspected regularly for safety.

Travelcards
We can book London travelcards that you can use on the underground, trains, DLR and buses so you don’t have to worry about buying them when you arrive. We will post them to your accommodation ready for your arrival, or your Meet & Greet representative can hand them to you on arrival. If you need train tickets for any journey in the UK, we will provide excellent group rates.

Ferry crossings
Take advantage of our group rates and book your P&O or Sea France ferry crossing from France or the Netherlands to the UK. There are a wide range of crossings throughout the day making it a convenient and cost effective way to travel. With motorway access from the ports, it is easy for you to get to your destination. On board you can relax, eat, shop or enjoy the view.

Eurostar
Travelling by Eurostar is one of the quickest and easiest ways to get to the UK from the Continent. We can get great rates for your Eurostar journey if you are travelling in a group of 10 or more people. Eurostar’s free luggage service for groups means you can check in your bags then relax, they will ensure your luggage is safely stored on the train. We can book tickets up to 10 months before departure and remember, the earlier you book the better the price will be!

We have fantastic group rates with all the leading attraction groups throughout the UK and can secure exclusive trade rates.

We can book entrances for your group to any attraction from Warner Brothers Studios to Edinburgh Castle.

The UK is lucky to have thousands of free museums and galleries, perfect for school groups. Take your pick from the likes of the British Museum, the National Gallery or the Natural History Museum. We will just charge a small booking fee to ensure your group can take advantage of securing a place without having to wait in long queues.

We have a wide range of shows on offer with fantastic group rates.

In addition, for certain shows we can also offer workshops allowing a further insight into the show and the theatre. For further details of workshops and prices please contact us.

Book one of our qualified Blue Badge guides in English or your own language, for half a day, a full day or your entire stay. We can arrange a guide for a walking tour, coach tour, for museums, galleries, towns, cities or based on a certain theme.

Their expertise and knowledge ensure you get the best out of your tour.

Awarded by the Institute of Tourist Guiding, the Blue Badge is the highest guiding qualification in Britain.

If your group is arriving at the airport and you would like to be greeted by a friendly face and shown the way to your coach, you can book the Meet and Greet service.

After a tiring flight this will ease the pressure of navigating your way through the airport. This can only be booked in conjunction with an airport coach transfer.

Packed lunches
We can arrange to have a delicious packed lunch delivered to your hostel or hotel in London.

Choose from a range of pre-packed lunches or breakfast packs, from basic packed lunches to jumbo packs or healthy options. They will then be delivered in the early morning ready for you to collect before you start your day.

Evening meals
Our restaurant booking service means we can find a good restaurant to host your group for meals and offer recommendations.

We can offer meals of any cuisine and budget including traditional pub dinners, international cuisines, fast food or fun, themed meals. We can also make your stay more memorable by making a booking to Planet Hollywood or the Hard Rock Café in London.
